Neuschwanstein - The Must-See Place In Bavaria

"Neuschwanstein Castle (German: Schloss Neuschwanstein, English: New Swanstone Castle)  is a 19th-century Romanesque Revival Palace on a rugged hill above the village of Hohenschwangau near Füssen in southwest Bavaria, Germany." (Source:

I was dreaming to visit the New Swanstone castle since I've moved to live in Germany. And to say truth, this travelling destination exceeded all my expectation: breathtaking landscape, incredible "fairy-tale" castle, pure mountain air... All nature and idyllic beauty lovers like me will be definitely in seventh heaven there. :)

By the way there is not only one object worth to see: in the same area you can also visit the castle of Hohenschwangau (the childhood residence of King Ludwig II of Bavaria) and the museum of the Bavarian kings. For those, who are not so interested in buildings and history - there are plenty paths to hike through the mountains. Thus active free time is guaranteed!

My casual and comfortable traveling style

In love with the Bavarian style architecture

Usually I'm not drinking beer, but when you are already in Bavaria, you have at least to try this!

It's really a part of the German culture!

Rainbow in the sky on our way to Munich! :)

This place is magical, isn't it? :)
